I can imagine Holden telling this to Stradlater. I love this poem! It shows how Holden really cares about Jane. I like how your poem shows the contrast between what their relationship was and what it turned into. I love how you wrote a poem about the relationship between Holden and Jane.

I like how the poem goes into the mind of Holden and how he must of felt about losing someone dear to him. I really enjoy this poem, as it shows how Holden probably denied AllieвЂ™s death at first, but when he accepted it, he probably felt some form of regret at not doing more for Allie when he was alive.
